The complete process from the acquisition of the orders till the payments to the merchants is as follows

• As soon as an order is successfully placed on an e-Shop, four emails will be generated by Merchant's e-Shop. Destination of these emails will be as follows:

1. Mallpk.com, for record and coordination.
2. The Courier Service, to coordinate with the Merchant for delivery.
3. The Customer, as Order Invoice.

• After coordination with the courier the Merchant is required to prepare the product(s) for delivery and hand it over to courier within the specified time period and obtain the courier's receipt.
• In case you use the official courier MallPk.com will reimburse courier charges to the courier company from the payment made by consumer.
• Merchant is responsible to acquire the Proof of Delivery from the courier within 48 hours of the delivery and keep it for record and security against charge back, if it occurs. If a charge back occurs, the merchant has to present the Proof of Delivery to Mallpk.com which will be presented to the acquiring bank.
• After acquiring the Proof of Delivery from the courier service, the merchant has to inform Mallpk.com that the same has been received by the Merchant, he may inform Mallpk.com through email bearing all details, including its number, date and time of delivery to customer, etc.
• The payment of goods sold at e-Shop shall be released as per MallPk.com payment policy.
